I charge the card on file 100% of the payout for any no shows clients. If you need to reschedule an existing appointment, please reach out no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule at no cost. I allow one reschedule per appointment, appointments must be scheduled 40 hours before the set appointment. If you cancel the day of or less than 24 hours, you will be required to pay 50% of the service.
