CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap that could have been filled by another client. For this reason, I require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no intention to reschedule will be charged 100% of the service cost. No-call, no-shows will also be charged 100% of the service cost.
